Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program
Under the Victorian Energy Upgrade (VEU) program, Astra Green Solar adheres to the telemarketing guidelines introduced from 1 May 2024.
Astra Green Solar will always seek consent to contact a client via telephone for telemarketing purposes in the form of an online form submission. Consent for a telephone call lasts, unless otherwise specified, for 90 days from the date of enquiry or until withdrawn prior to this date. During this time Astra Green Solar may contact the customer via the supplied telephone number to discuss energy efficient upgrades that relate to the initial enquiry.
